Phd. Christian Byrge is a professor in creativity. He has been engaged in this research field for more than 16 years and has published several influential research papers and books on how to nurture creativity. Also, Christian has invented several creativity training toolkits that have been taught to more than 100.000 professionals from USA, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. 

Christian has been lead educational designer for the development of a bachelor program on Creativity & Business Innovation and a master level program on Creative Genius (probably the most ambitious creativity training program in the world) as well as on several courses on creativity at all levels of ordinary, executive, professional education and organisational training. 

Christian regularly gives inspiring and energetic keynote speeches, lectures, teaches courses, facilitate workshops and does counselling on how to nurture individual, team and organisational creativity.
